We decided to offer an alternative approach to the existing solution for booking online appointments with various government units in Spain. Through a comprehensive redesign that enhances usability with an intuitive interface and additional functionality, Sede Electrónica becomes a more innovative tool, making life easier, especially for foreigners.
Government services are the modern face of the country. With such a high level of physical assets, gorgeous landscapes, and charming history, Spain deserves a better approach to user experience
Visitors analytics
- Top organic search terms include the keyword “Cita,” which indicates a high volume of requests for online appointments
- People visit 15 pages to get an appointment, although 5-7 pages are sufficient
- 59.28% of social traffic comes from YouTube which indicates that people are forced to watch online tutorials to understand how to book an appointment
- 2.141 M users monthly indicates the high demand for this platform. Mobile application development is as relevant as a desktop application
